Just Chicken and Lettuce? Try Allergy Release Technique (A.R.T.)

Meet one of our clients—a determined woman who faced some of the toughest dietary restrictions imaginable. Her digestive system had declared war on her favorite foods, leaving her with severe cramps, diarrhea, and gas. Eventually, her options whittled down to just two staples: lettuce and chicken (she preferred to steer clear of other meats). But even those weren’t safe every day. Her “no-go” list before doing Allergy Release Technique (A.R.T.) looked like this:

  • Dairy

  • Fruits
  • Nuts and seeds

Despite trying different avenues of Western medicine and alternative therapies, nothing worked. She resigned herself to this limited, joyless diet. “At least I’m not sick every day,” she thought. But let’s be real: Is surviving the same as thriving?

So, we took our time, using A.R.T. to gradually lower her toxin load by sending targeted healing frequencies. Progress was slow, but by the third month, we noticed subtle shifts. Her digestion began to calm. By month four, the stomach cramps were a thing of the past.

That’s when we performed a 200+ food screening, revealing the sensitivity culprits. It was time to rebuild her relationship with food—one bite at a time.

From Restrictions to Liberation

Today, a year later, her world has expanded. She’s no longer stuck with “just chicken and lettuce.” Her plate is now full of possibilities, including:
